A spiritual & intuitive life coach is someone who assists you to incorporate spirituality into your daily life. When you fully surrender to a power that is much higher than yourself, blocks and attachments are lifted from your path and you become empowered to transform your life. A spiritual & intuitive life coach is someone who makes you aware of your own unique blueprint and works with you to shift your emotional states of imbalance to bring you back in harmony with your true essence and back in alignment with Source.

As your personal Spiritual & Intuitive Life Coach, I can assist you to realign your focus internally. We will explore and re-experience your soul’s mission and life purpose. I will provide you with support, and encouragement to create awareness of your conditioned patterns and then assist you to release these patterns and blockages so that you can create the life you dream of. Through awareness of how your energy system works and how conditioned thought patterns affect your reality, you will not only shift your emotional state but you will tap into the infinite wisdom and knowledge within yourself. The innate wisdom of your intuition (direct connection to Source) will help you find solutions, answers and guidance within the framework of your life that will serve your highest good.

It is important to remember that everything is energy and we; as humans, vibrate along with the energy around us. When we are faced with tragedy and hostile life experiences (loss of a loved one, illness, loss of employment, divorce, etc.) we often forget that we are spiritual beings (first and foremost) having a human experience. Life circumstances can push us off alignment and we often need support and encouragement that can guide us back to our inner voice that so richly conveys infinite LOVE and the answers to all of life’s questions.

As your Spiritual & Intuitive Life Coach I will work with you to release negative thinking patterns and redirect your energy to that of happiness, joy, and gratitude while you envision and manifest your ideal future.
